Really sweet triple open heart vintage pendant on an 18" sterling silver Italian chain. It is stamped 925 and 18K. Three hearts with a gold heart nestled between two silver hearts. The center heart is gold over silver. The pendant itself is approximately 1-1/4 inches in length. Great necklace and is would be perfect for layering with other necklaces!
